Gentle Tools
Sometimes things feel overwhelming, and it can be hard to find your footing on your own. In those moments, it can help to have something external to help bring you back to the present.
That’s why these resources exist.
These tools are not a replacement for therapy and are not meant for crisis support. They are designed to offer gentle support alongside therapy, between therapy sessions, or as you begin looking for a therapist.
Each of these resources grew out of my work with clients and the tools I often return to in session. Take what feels helpful, leave what doesn’t, and move at your own pace. Not every resource works for every person, and that’s okay.
A gentle reminder
Small practices won’t fix everything.
But sometimes they can help your body settle enough to catch your breath
or take the next step.
You’re allowed to go slowly or not at all.
Take what helps. Leave what doesn’t.
