  • Virtual therapy throughout Texas

Sessions are typically:

  • 53 to 60 minutes

  • Private pay sessions can be up to 90 minutes depending on need

Areas of Support

I often work with adults navigating:

  • Trauma and complex trauma

  • EMDR preparation and processing

  • Intense emotions, emotional regulation, and navigating internal world

  • Identity exploration and life transitions

Insurance & Payment

I currently accept:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • United Healthcare

  • Aetna

  • Baylor Scott & White

If you prefer to not use insurance, private pay is $150 a session.

If cost feels like a barrier, you are welcome to reach out and we can talk through what might be workable.

Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements have been discussed.

I accept HSA/FSA card as well as major debit/credit cards.

EMDR

EMDR is available when it feels appropriate and you feel ready.

There is never any pressure to move into trauma processing before you feel ready.

EMDR is only one option. It is not the only way to find steadiness, stability, and healing.

Your First Session

Our first session is different than typical sessions that will follow and is a chance to:

  • Talk about what brings you to therapy

  • Explore what has or hasn’t felt helpful in the past

  • Identify what safety, trust, and pacing might look like for you

  • See whether working together feels like a good fit

There is no need to share details of any past experience in this session.
