Therapy is a space to feel supported, steady, and more connected to your own resilience. I offer virtual therapy throughout Texas for individuals navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life’s challenges—with a special focus on queer and neurodivergent experiences.

My Approach
My approach is collaborative and always paced to what feels right for you. I uses a bottom up style of therapy, which means we pay as much attention to your body and nervous system as we do to your thoughts and stories. Before we every touch painful memories, we build grounding tools, body-based practices, and nervous system steadiness so you feel anchored and supported.

I believe therapy should give you agency. While I may offer tools and suggestions, you choose what feels right for you. Our work together will center steadiness, safety, and compassion—so you can move at your own pace without judgment.
